I found this fun marketing idea Kia came up with while browsing socialcarnews.com. The automotive company brought a 2011 Kia Optima to the NBA, and had one of the players jump over the hood for a slam dunk. The player won the 2011 Dunk Contest, and Kia got some solid publicity.
